1:1 Health Coaching Services
Through 1:1 coaching, I will closely accompany you to dig deep into the areas of your health and wellness that need some attention and will help you in the areas that you feel the need for more guidance so that you can build a strong foundation for your physical and emotional well-being. I will help you create a roadmap to get you to a new level of health. We will do this through food, lifestyle, personality type, movement, mindfulness, and more to take you to a state of balance and joy.
One-Month Program
This program is good for you if you are looking for consultation and feedback and cannot commit to a long-term program. Over the course of a month, we will work together to help you achieve your short-term health goals and to restore some basic balance in your health. The 1 month program includes:
One hour initial health history and consultation
Goal setting
Action plan
Two 50 minute health coaching sessions
A written summary after each session
Weekly accountability check-ins
Recipes and healthy shopping resources
Two-Month program
This program is great for you if you are looking for a program that helps you accomplish your goals, find a diet that’s right for your bio-individuality, and nourish your whole being. Over the course of two months, we will work together to build you a personal program and to help you achieve your health goals. As your integrative nutrition health coach, I will mentor and support you in making sustainable healthy changes that can improve your health and happiness. I’ll help you set your personal goals, work on them daily, support you when challenges arise, cheer you on, and celebrate your achievements.

Three-Month Program
This is a more in-depth program that will help you have a health reset and form healthy lifestyle habits. Apart from helping you accomplish your health goals and find a nourishing diet that is right for your bio-individuality, I will help you form life-long healthy habits. Over the course of three months, we will work together to build you a personal program to achieve your health and lifestyle goals. As your integrative nutrition health coach, I will mentor and support you in making sustainable healthy changes that can improve your health and happiness. I’ll help you set your personal goals, work on them daily, support you when challenges arise, cheer you on, and celebrate your achievements.
