Hello! I’m Flora and I love helping you feel happier through a holistic nutrition approach that is in harmony with nature. As a certified integrative nutrition health coach, I help and support you to achieve your well-being goals.

You know, achieving optimal health is not just about the food on our plate or exercising, it’s also about how we nourish ourselves through our relationships, creativity, spirituality, career, environment, and so much more. Through a whole-person approach, I work with you to look at all the factors that could be holding you back from living a balanced life.
